The Utah Jazz try to get back on track when they visit the surprising Phoenix Suns on Wednesday. The Jazz have lost three of their last four games while the Suns have won four of their last five.

Recent Takeaways

Donovan Mitchell had 25 points, five assists, five assists and four rebounds but the Jazz shot just 36.4 percent from the field (32-for-88) in Monday's 98-89 home loss against the Thunder.

Royce O'Neale scored 17 points and Rudy Gobert added 15 points and 12 rebounds and Utah held an opponent under 100 points for the 19th time this season but they never got on track offensively.

The Jazz attempted 43 3-pointers, nearly 50 percent of their total field goal attempts and shot just 30.2 percent (13-for-43).

Devin Booker scored 13 straight points during a key fourth quarter stretch and finished with 37 to help the Suns snap their 18-game losing streak against the Warriors with an impressive 115-111 road win last Sunday.

Booker was 13-for-23 from the field, made all nine of his free-throws and also dished out 11 assists and Kelly Oubre Jr. scored 22 points with four 3-pointers. The Suns limited the Warriors to 23.3 percent shooting from beyond the arc (10-for-43) and forced 17 turnovers.

NBA Trends:

The Utah Jazz are:

8-18 ATS in their last 26 road games against a team with a losing home record

1-4 ATS in their last five games when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game

1-4 ATS in their last five games overall

1-4 ATS in their last five games when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game

The Phoenix Suns are:

5-0 ATS in their last five games overall

5-0 ATS in their last five games after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game

5-1 ATS in their last six home games

8-3 ATS in their last 11 games following a straight up win

These two teams met on February 6 and the Jazz crushed the Suns 116-88 in Utah, forcing 22 turnovers, outrebounding them 43-36 and limiting them to 11-for-28 from 3-point range (39.3).

The Suns didn't have Devin Booker in that game and they're coming together, playing as a unit and they can challenge this strong Jazz defense and at least keep this one close.
