NCAA Basketball Betting Odds, Trends and Picks for November 6

The NCAA Basketball season kicks off today and there are many games with plenty of hype but the spotlight will be on the Champions Classic in Indiana. Let's look for some betting value on this exciting event.

No. 10 Michigan State Spartans vs. No. 1 Kansas Jayhawks

Tuesday, November 6 at 7:00 PM ET

Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Indianapolis, Indiana

Coverage: ESPN

Point spread: Kansas -6

Total: 155.5

Moneyline: Michigan State +220, Kansas -270

Freshman Devon Dotson will run the Kansas offense going up against Michigan State junior point guard Cassius Winston. Dotson will be very good but it's just his first game and Winston's experience can counter the losses of Miles Bridges and Jaren Jackson Jr.

Kansas needs time to jell together so asking them to cover 6 points in a neutral court in their first game of the season might be too much. Michigan State is 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings with Kansas and I'm taking them to at least keep this game close.

NCAA Basketball Pick: Michigan State +6 (-110) at Jazz Sports

No. 4 Duke Blue Devils vs. No. 2 Kentucky Wildcats

Tuesday, November 6 at 9:30 PM ET

Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Indianapolis, Indiana

Coverage: ESPN

Point spread: Kentucky -1.5

Total: 157

Moneyline: Duke +105, Kentucky -125

Duke is loaded with talented, they have three players projected to go in the top five in the 2019 NBA Draft and although Kentucky has an incredible team as well, they don't have Duke's star power and they only return 31.5 percent of their scoring from last season.

The Blue Devils are 11-5 ATS in their last 16 neutral site games, Zion Williamson and shooting guard RJ Barrett can take over a game and I just can't pass on Duke getting points here.

NCAA Basketball Pick: Duke +1.5 (-110) at Jazz Sports
