Best Bets for Monday's MLB Postseason games

The MLB Postseason continues with three intriguing clashes on Monday. Keep reading as we share how to bet on today's games so you can start the week on a winning note.

Astros vs. Indians
The Astros might have won the World Series but they were just 3-6 on the road in last year's postseason while the Indians haven't been swept in the postseason since the 1954 World Series against Willie Mays and the New York Giants.

Mike Clevinger is 4-1 with a 2.13 ERA and an 0.85 WHIP in his last seven starts and he went 7-3 with a 3.14 ERA and a 1.16 WHIP in 17 home starts. Dallas Keuchel posted a 4.91 ERA and a 1.55 WHIP in two starts against the Indians this season and the Astros are 1-5 in Keuchel's last six starts against a team with a winning record.

MLB Pick: Indians -122 at Jazz Sports

Dodgers vs. Braves
This game will come down to starting pitching, Rich Hill is 5-0 with a 1.74 ERA and an 0.96 WHIP in nine career appearances (seven starts) against the Braves, including throwing seven scoreless innings in Atlanta on July 26.

Mike Foltynewicz lost the series opener last Thursday, when he gave up four earned runs on three hits (two home runs) and three walks with five strikeouts over just two innings and he will likely be on a short leash today. The Dodgers are 11-1 in Hill's last 12 starts against National League East opponents and 6-2 in Hill's last eight road starts and they have a significant edge when it comes to talent.

MLB Pick: Dodgers -151 at Jazz Sports

Red Sox vs. Yankees
I like the Yankees to take the lead in this series, Luis Severino pitched well in his three starts against the Red Sox at Yankee Stadium this season, limiting them to only three earned runs in 19 2/3 innings (the Yankees went 3-0 in those games) and he surrendered just one home run in 30 1/3 innings against them this season.

Severino was dominant at Yankee Stadium this season, going 10-2 with a 2.74 ERA and a 1.04 WHIP in 15 starts, he tossed four shutout innings against the Athletics in the American League Wild Card game and the deep New York bullpen has posted a 1.80 ERA in three postseason games. Nathan Eovaldi pitched well in his last start against the Yankees but he was just 2-6 with a 5.14 ERA and a 1.32 WHIP in 13 road starts this season, this will be his first career postseason appearances and the Red Sox are hitting just .213 in this series.

MLB Pick: Yankees -177 at Jazz Sports
