Tseng one up on Wie at State Farm

Springfield, IL (Sports Network) - Yani Tseng claimed her first major championship in June and has carried that momentum over to this week's State Farm Classic.

Tseng fired her third straight six-under 66 Saturday to grab a one-shot lead after three rounds at Panther Creek Country Club. She completed 54 holes at 18-under-par 198.

Michelle Wie, who is still looking for her first LPGA Tour win, was unable to save par at the last and that left her one shot back at minus-17. Wie posted a 67 Saturday.

The 18-year-old Wie hasn't had a top-five finish since sharing second place at the 2006 Evian Masters. That year, she had six top-five finishes, including three in major championships.

Katie Futcher matched Tseng's 66 to move into third place at 16-under-par 200.

The story of the day, though, was Hee-Won Han. The six-time winner on the LPGA Tour fired an 11-under 61 to jump into a share of fourth place at 15-under-par 201. She was joined there by Ji Young Oh, who shot 69 Saturday.

Second-round leader Christina Kim stumbled to a one-over 73 to fall into a share of eighth place at minus-12.
